Vladimir Golovnev : "The businessmen are the real monument of every nation".
The VIII Interregional meeting of the commissioners for the protection of the entrepreneur's rights was recently concluded in Yaroslavl. The discussion of the main business challenges in pandemic conditions participated the business ombudsmen from 46 subjects of Russian Federation. Vladimir Golovnev represented the Moscow Region at the meeting.
"Recent months became a real survival exam for entrepreneurs" - noted in his statement the Commissioner for the Protection of the Entrepreneur's Rights in Yaroslavl Region Alfir Bakirov. - the regional authorities, federal officials along with business ombudsmen faced with many challenges these days. Every subject of Russian Federation has its own practice and the measures for business support. At the same time many initiatives and proposals remain unfulfilled for a number of reasons. To share the practice, to adopt the best - that is the main purpose of this meeting".
Very intensive three - day program included a work of sectors that was related to regional economic recovery after the Coronavirus pandemic, the problem of business criminal prosecution, taxation in current year, the issues of production and marketing of excisable goods. The official part of the meeting was concluded pretty nontrivially. The Commissioners for the Protection of the Entrepreneur's Rights in the Moscow and Tyumen Regions - Vladimir Golovnev and Larisa Nevidaylo- held a talk-show with businessmen and politicians of Yaroslavl Region.
"This media format was chosen for a reason. Honestly, frankly, jokingly we discussed formative and development stages, difficulties of decisions to be made correctly, - everything that could represent business activity, that businessmen face every day with. - said the Moscow Region Business Ombudsman Vladimir Golovnev. -The businessmen are the unique people, they are not so many but only 3-5% for the whole country, according to the statistics data. This is a real monument of every nation. Our task is to support them by every possible ways".
As a result of the meeting, some proposals aimed at improving business conditions were considered by the Commissioners. The proposals will provide the basis of meeting' resolution to forward it to the Federal Business Ombudsman Boris Titov.
This three - day program is closed with awareness of the work of Yaroslavl industrial and agricultural entities- the Tutaev industry park "Master" and ecology farm "Maryino Pole".
