Over 6 thousand of regional business appeals had considered the Moscow Region Business Ombudsman Vladimir Golovnev for 7 months of 2020 year.
According to the words of Vladimir Golovnev, compared to previous years, in 2020 has significantly increased the number of proposals for legislative changes.
"In current year a quarter of all applications required the explanation of legal acts implemented during the Coronavirus pandemic, that restrict business activity, including proposals of legislation correction.
Over 6107 applications were received by Commissioner 's Office and its public receptions. 1525 of them were related to the issues described above. The number of applications of legislation changing has increased up to 25% in 2020, compared to earlier years 1 % to 5% before.
All this indicates that more disciplined business became, the entrepreneurs get interested in innovations and keep a close eye on the regulation and legislation."- noted the Moscow Region Business Ombudsman Vladimir Golovnev.
According to his words, the entrepreneurs mostly suggest various modifications of taxation system. For example, a number of changes relate to simplified taxation system (USN), to occupational earnings taxes of self-employed (NPD), transport tax for social oriented business, modification of patent system and other proposals.
"We do systematize these proposals and carefully analyze them for further transferring to regional Government (interdepartmental headquarters of economic development in Moscow Region) and to the Presidential Commissioner for the Protection of the Entrepreneur's Rights Boris Titov "-said the Moscow Region Business Ombudsman Vladimir Golovnev.
The main part of business appeals (75%) was related to the law enforcement activity - 18,3%, land and property relations - 17,4%, administrative obstacles - 15,5%, state procurement - 13,6%, taxation - 10,6%, non-stationary trading - 9,8%. Only a small percentage of claims (0,8 % to 4,5%) was related to control and oversight activity, housing and communal services, transport, advertising and construction.
