On August 13th of 2020 the Moscow Region Business Ombudsman Vladimir Golovnev held a workshop with the heads of public receptions by online conference. The workshop was focused on more interaction of the Commissioner for the Protection of the Entrepreneur's Rights in Moscow Region with regional procuracy, state and public institutions for regional business community rights and legal interest protection.

    The issue of joint meeting with city, district and special prosecutors was discussed as well as planning current work and activity for 37 heads of Commissioner's public receptions. Other urgent issues were discussed during the workshop.

    “Based on long experience of joint meeting, the Moscow Region Procuracy in order to provide an assistance for entrepreneur's rights and legal interests protection, had entrusted the city, district and special prosecutors to provide regular monthly meetings with entrepreneurs in all municipalities of the Moscow Region. Previously we held these joint meetings quarterly.

    Since the July 2020 and by the order of regional procuracy, the whole attention of attorneys is focused on Commissioner's public receptions, acting in 50 municipalities of Moscow Region”- informed the Moscow Region Business Ombudsman Vladimir Golovnev, opening the workshop.

    Vladimir Golovnev highlighted the need to schedule intended actions carefully while holding the joint meeting with procuracy. In particular, he noted the need for the timing of joint meetings, the obligatory registration of applications, recording and required reports preparing.

    As for the words of the Business Ombudsman, some of the public reception heads have accumulated extensive experience in holding such events to share the practice with colleagues.

    Their experiences in working with appeals and holding joint meetings described the heads of municipal and Intermunicipal public receptions of Commissioner's in Ramenskoe, Bronnitsi, Stupino, Osery, Kashira, Serebryannye prudy and Krasnogorsk urban districts.

    Thus, the head of public receptions in Ramenskoe and Bronnitsi Alla Rodina informed that during the 2019 year 88 business appeals were considered in full.

    "Meanwhile, not only with private matters but often more with system issues that couldn't be considered on the municipal level businessmen apply. To settle such issues a real assistance we get from the Commissioner, regional and municipal deputies, administration and city procuracy. Very important are the cooperation agreements concluded by the Commissioner with many state and supervision authorities. Neither we do not deny to anyone who requests, nor do we reject the most difficult matters "- said Alla Rodina. 

    " Every application should be considered carefully with all the resources being used to restore business rights in the case of violation"- clarified Vladimir Golovnev at the end of workshop.
