A series of webinars for property cadastral evaluation specialists have been continued to be held this week under the initiative of the Moscow Region Business Ombudsman Vladimir Golovnev.

    On August 12th of 2020, an online webinar was held being relevant to the cadastral value challenge for the property in the Moscow Region.

    This meeting participated the Moscow Region Deputy Minister of property relations Lavryakov U., the head of Department of cadastral value and challenge of Moscow Regional Ministry of property relations Sheveleva A., the head of department of land management, monitoring and cadastral value of property of Moscow Region Rosreestr' department Reznik K., the deputy of the head of department of land management, monitoring and cadastral value of property of Moscow Region Rosreestr' department Kirillova M. 

    During the meeting all the speakers provided details of ways and criteria while challenging the property value in Moscow Region, responded to the questions of specialists and entrepreneurs. They also reminded how to apply a cadastral revaluation. 

    The participants interested what to do if the property value was overestimated, what has been changed in proceeding, if there are new demands for cadastral reports, how does value has been considered by commissions. 

    Besides, the Moscow Regional Department of Rosreestr noted that due to the quarantine restrictions the individuals and entities have lowered their demands for the department ' services, what does statistic data confirm: over 212 449 applications of registration procedures were received in July of 2019, and 249 587- for the same period of 2020. According to the Rosreestr' decision, the department officers provide the consultations of the state cadastral information and of title registration by the Moscow Region Multifunctional Center (MFC). 

    In addition, the Moscow Region Department of Rosreestr replies to resident' requests through the Regional Control Center (RCC). 

    The provision of Rosreestr state services, as for example, a title registration, a cadastral information and a single registration procedure are available through the hotline 8-915-194-06-64. It works by sending short SMS (number and the date of application, full name). 

    The respond of the state service provided follows during the next working days.
