Taking into account long experience of interaction with the Moscow Region Business Ombudsman, the Moscow Region Prosecutor office had commissioned to the city, district and special prosecutors to ensure monthly joint receptions for entrepreneurs in all municipalities of the Moscow Region. 

Since July this year and by the order of regional prosecutor office, the city, district and special prosecutors should pay attention to Commissioner's public receptions, acting in 49 municipalities, as for words of the Moscow Region Business Ombudsman Vladimir Golovnev. 

    Being conducted quarterly before, such meetings will be held monthly in every municipality with Commissioner's public reception. 

    "This form of interaction with the regional prosecutor office has proved its high effectiveness on practice. The most difficult issues from applicants require more details and correction of their actions, even legal advice sometimes. A personal reception with representatives of Prosecutor Office and Business Ombudsman provides such an opportunity, letting all the participants avoid unnecessary paperwork, that  helps saving time and problem solution being accelerated. Thus, there is a need for increasing the frequency of joint receptions". - noted Vladimir Golovnev. 

    He added also that if operating procedure is structured properly, the public reception could achieve very good results of working with appeals, to the full solution of the most difficult issues - from unlawful prosecution to full debt payment for state or municipal contracts. During 2019 year, the Ramenskoe and Bronnitsy public receptions have fully resolved the issues of 88 applications. 

    "Since July of this year the joint receptions have already been held in 20 municipalities of the Moscow Region. Till the end of September 2020, the joint receptions have been scheduled to be held in following districts: Pushkino, Solnechnogorsk, Bogorodsky, Electrostal. I would like to draw the attention of regional entrepreneurs that the schedule has been set by the end of 2020 year.     Not only private  but systematic issues have been considered by public receptions, some of them cannot be solved on  municipal level and still under control of Vladimir Golovnev personally. It worth noting, that special cooperation agreements that have been concluded by Commissioner with many state authorities and regulators are very important in resolving the disputable situations.  

    "Our main task is consider the applications carefully, to follow every step and to connect all resources and possibilities if necessary, in order to restore business rights in a case of any violations"- concluded the Moscow Region Business Ombudsman Vladimir Golovnev.
