This relates to municipal and regional leasing, undifferentiated lands. Since such supporting measure was implemented for business, the total deffered charges exceeds 275,3 million rubles, including 82 million rubles of municipal property and land, 178 million rubles - state undifferentiated lands, 15,3 million rubles - of regional lands. Over 630 tenants got deferrals in 51 urban districts of Moscow Region.

    This measure is aimed to support industries much suffered from the Coronavirus pandemic.

    The defferal is granted to tenants of regional and municipal property, undifferentiated state lands in Moscow Region- not only for primary activity but actual added. The measure implies to all OKVED 2 codes, its subclasses, subgroups, types, listed in the range of affected economic sectors.

    The defferal is in force until October 1st of 2020 and should be paid in equal parts in 2021-2022 years. The applications for business support can be submitted using the Moscow Region Portal of municipal and state services (https://uslugi.mosreg.ru)"- informed the Moscow Region Business Ombudsman Vladimir Golovnev.

    This assistance extends to business representatives of affected economic sectors approved by the Government of the Russian Federation and the Moscow Region Goverment' Decision 208/11 from 16.04.20 year.
