Vladimir Golovnev will sign a cooperation agreement with the Regional Forestry Committee and the Mediation Center.
The signing of a trilateral agreement between the Commissioner for the Protection of the Entrepreneur's Rights in the Moscow Region, the Forestry Committee of the Moscow Region and the Mediation Center will take place on Monday, November 30th.
Within the framework of the working meeting, the parties will agree on the prompt exchange of information when considering appeals on violations of the rights and legitimate interests of entrepreneurs, on holding joint events aimed at legal education of small and medium-sized business.
“The agreement will solve a number of tasks facing us and will open up prospects for effective interaction between government agencies in the future. In particular, we are talking about the use of mediation, the introduction and development of out-of-court dispute settlement procedures. Many problems can be solved peacefully, avoiding bureaucratic and procedural rituals, loss of time and additional legal costs”, said the Moscow Region Business Ombudsman Vladimir Golovnev.
Mediation will help entrepreneurs get rid of lengthy court procedures. This type of dispute settlement, as the practice of the Moscow Region shows, contributes not only to the development of partnerships and business relations in the business environment, but also to the formation of the ethics of civilized relations, as well as a harmonization of social relations in general.
The Moscow Region became one of the first subjects of the Russian Federation with a similar practice of interaction between various departments in the development of the institution of mediation.
