The Moscow Region Business Ombudsman Vladimir Golovnev and the Moscow Region Procecutor Sergey Zabaturin held a joint reception of entrepreneurs.
On December 2nd of 2020, the Moscow Region Business Ombudsman Vladimir Golovnev along with the Moscow Region Procecutor Sergei Zabaturin held a personal reception of entrepreneurs in the format of video conferencing.
Eight entrepreneurs, whose business operates on the territory of five municipalities of the Moscow Region, had declared of their rights violention during a personal reception.
Most of entrepreneurs' appeals related to issues of legal aspects about scheduled and unscheduled inspections by control and supervisory authorities, illegal actions of local administration, actions or inaction of law enforcement agencies, criminal prosecution, conflict situations when concluding commercial or partnership contracts.
According to the Moscow Region Business Ombudsman Vladimir Golovnev, a
significant part of the Entrepreneur's appeals is considered in 37 municipal and intermunicipal public reception Ombudsman's offices, located in 49 municipalities of the Moscow Region.
“However, a number of applications require careful consideration at the level of the regional prosecutor's office. Joint receptions have been held since 2015 year once at a quarter. Such regularity is usually sufficient. In some cases requiring prompt decision-making, we interact with the regional prosecutor's office at the working level", Vladimir Golovnev specified.
“As a result of joint receptions in 2020 year over 30 appeals were considered, which are under the personal control of the prosecutor. Participation in the reception of the regional prosecutor is a guarantee of prompt and objective consideration of the most complex issues,” said Vladimir Golovnev, the Commissioner for the Protection of the Entrepreneur's Rights in the Moscow Region.
“Cooperation of the Moscow Region Prosecutor's Office with the institution of the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs has a positive impact on the formation of a favorable business and investment climate in the region. Constructive interaction, including joint personal receptions, contributes to the solution of the tasks we face to protect and restore the violated rights of representatives of the regional business community,” said Prosecutor of the Moscow Region Sergei Zabaturin.
