The Moscow Region Business Ombudsman Vladimir Golovnov along with the Moscow Region Prosecutor Sergey Zabaturin held a joint reception of entrepreneurs.
The meeting took place on April 8th in the procuracy of Vidnoe urban district and became the first full-time joint reception in 2021 year.
. This was announced by the Moscow Region Business Ombudsman Vladimir Golovnov.
Seven entrepreneurs said of their rights violention during the reception, who run the business in 5 urban districts of the Moscow Region . The appeals concerned illegal actions or inaction of local authorities, a regional operator for the removal of solid utility waste, law enforcement units and criminal prosecution.
"According to all the statements adopted, checks will be carried out and nesessery prosecutor's response will be taken if the rights of entrepreneurs identified as violented. The applicants can count on the operational and objective consideration of all the issues they appealed", reported the Commissioner for the Protection of the Entrepreneur's Rights in the Moscow Region Vladimir Golovnev.
He had also recalled that joint meetings have been held since 2015 year, once a quarter and became a good tradition promoting the development of effective mechanisms for the protection of the rights and legitimate interests of regional business.
"In 2020 year, due to the pandemic, we managed to hold only 3 such joint receptions, and as a result about 30 appeals of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs were considered," said Vladimir Golovnov.
Participation in the reception of the regional prosecutor, according to Business Ombudsman, is a guarantee of objective and prompt consideration of the most difficult issues.
In total, in 2020 year, according to the results of prosecutor's checks conducted within the framework of cooperation with the regional prosecutor's office, the prosecutor's response measures were taken in 37 cases. Thanks to the joint actions, in the past year, 190 jobs were preserved, organizations and entrepreneurs paid nearly 147 million rubles of taxes and fees", said the Moscow Region Business Ombudsman Vladimir Golovnev.
