Less than a month has passed since the signing of an agreement between the Moscow Region Business Ombudsman Vladimir Golovnev and Director of the Agency for Investment Development of the Moscow Region Alexandra Golovanova. The document is intended to provide comprehensive protection of the rights and legitimate interests of the business community of the Moscow Region. And so the parties to the contract moved from theory to practice.

A videoconference was held today between representatives of the Business Ombudsman, the Ministry of Investment, Industry and Science with the heads of the "My Business" municipal centers. The meeting participants discussed the basic principles and forms of interaction, the procedure for consideration by the Ombudsman of complaints received through the centers and the conditions for accepting them for consideration, sorted out some examples and answered the questions that arose.

“We are facing an ambitious task with our colleagues from the "My Business Center": to protect the rights of entrepreneurs so that the Moscow Region takes a leading position in all directions. It cannot be solved alone, so we decided to join forces, distribute areas of responsibility and move to make our point. This symbios is very convenient: the centers "My Business" operate in all municipalities of the Moscow Region, an entrepreneur can ask for help at any time, without wasting time looking for someone who can help. However, the employees of the centers cannot know all the intricacies of the current legislation, and our state entity employs professional lawyers who have extensive experience in protecting the rights and legitimate interests of business. They will consider the most difficult appeals that will be broadcast from the centers", said the Commissioner Vladimir Golovnev.

The Moscow Region Business Ombudsman also stressed that the municipal centers will work closely with the public reception offices of the Ombudsman operating in 49 urban districts of the Moscow Region.
