The traditional joint reception of the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs in the Moscow Region Vladimir Golovnev and the Prosecutor of the Moscow Region Sergei Zabaturin  took place today in the Elektrostal city district. 

Seven businessmen from the Moscow Region applied for the protection of their rights and legitimate interests.

Most of the entrepreneurs who came to the reception faced problems in obtaining approvals for joining highways of federal and regional significance, with obtaining orders for the elimination of the abutment and other issues related to the organization of road traffic. The issues of land and property relations, illegal actions of local governments and law enforcement agencies were also touched upon.

"The protection of legitimate business interests is one of the priorities of our work today. Although we consider special cases, at joint receptions we, nevertheless, see some systemic problems. For example, these related to the purchase of land.

An entrepreneur rents a land plot, with a real estate object located on it. To expand production, the businessman wants to buy a plot from the city district, the local administration is not against it. But, raising this issue at the interdepartmental commission, the applicant repeatedly receives an unjustified refusal. And six time this way. There is a violation of the legitimate interests of the entrepreneur.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to settle the issue peacefully. Therefore, we have to turn to the regional prosecutor's office for help", - said Business Ombudsman Vladimir Golovnev.

Joint receptions have been held since 2015 year. Over the years, more than 155 issues of entrepreneurs have been considered, in 70% of cases the situation was resolved in favor of business.

"The President of the country has set the task of increasing the income level of Russians. This task cannot be solved without the development of the business environment, without the  development of entrepreneurship. Therefore, the task of the prosecutor's office together with the Moscow Region Business Ombudsman is  to maximally promote the legitimate development of business and the  entrepreneurial environment in the Moscow Region. We have been systematically interacting with the Business Ombudsman for a long time, have established harmonious business relations that lead to positive results. We have learned in dialogue with our colleagues from the executive authorities of the region, municipal authorities to solve often difficult tasks that require careful consideration of specific circumstances, and we do it quite effectively," commented the prosecutor of the Moscow Region Sergey Zabaturin.

Checks will be carried out on all the appeals considered during the joint reception and, if necessary, measures of the prosecutor's response will be taken. Until the completion of the process, cases remain under control of the Commissioner.
