The issue of reducing administrative pressure on business was discussed by the Moscow Business Ombudsman with the head of the Domodedovo city district.
A working meeting of the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs in the Moscow Region, Vladimir Golovnev, with the head of the municipality, Mikhail Yezhokin, took place in the Domodedovo city district, during which the state of the business climate in the district, the interaction of business and government, as well as the main tasks and performance indicators of the public reception of the Commissioner were discussed.
At the end of 2021, the number of mass media in the Domodedovo city district numbered 10 342 units, which provided jobs for more than a third of the municipality's residents (34.38%). The necessary infrastructure to support entrepreneurship has been created in the district. It includes the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, the “Opora Russia” branch, the consulting and information center for entrepreneurship development, the “My Business” support center, and since 2015, a public reception of the Commissioner for the Protection of Entrepreneurs' Rights, headed by Pyotr Lozhkov, has been functioning in Domodedovo.
"I would like to note that over the past year, complaints and appeals from Domodedovo entrepreneurs were isolated and mainly concerned the activities of law enforcement and supervisory authorities," Business Ombudsman Vladimir Golovnev said during the meeting.
He also drew attention to the fact that the solution of this issue is especially relevant due to the fact that from 2023 year the National rating of the investment climate in the subjects of the Russian Federation will be expanded due to new indicators, one of which is the index "Administrative pressure" - a study conducted by the federal Business Ombudsman Boris Titov. It is used to assess the repressiveness of control and supervisory activities and the effectiveness of implementing a risk-based approach.
"I am sure that the teamwork of the new head and the head of the public reception will improve the business climate both in Domodedovo and in the Moscow Region as a whole," Vladimir Golovnev summed up the meeting.
