Please note that the Commissioner does not consider:

complaints of some entrepreneurs against other entrepreneurs (in this case, you should contact the court or law enforcement agencies);
complaints against court decisions (only a higher court can cancel, change or send the case for a new hearing);
requests for financial support for business projects (in the Moscow Region there are programs to support small and medium-sized businesses, you can get detailed information about them from the Ministry of Investment, Industry and Science of the Moscow Region).
