Moscow Business Ombudsman Vladimir Golovnev and Moscow Region Prosecutor Sergey Zabaturin held a joint reception of entrepreneurs.
On March 23 of 2022, another joint reception of entrepreneurs took place in the Serpukhov city district. Eight businessmen applied to the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs in the Moscow Region Vladimir Golovnev and the regional Prosecutor Sergey Zabaturin to protect their rights and legitimate interests.
The subject of the complaints, considered during the reception, concerned the actions of law enforcement officers who groundlessly refuse to initiate criminal cases against entrepreneurs or illegally initiate cases against businessmen. The heads of three legal entities from Solnechnogorsk, Domodedovo and Mytishchi faced similar situations.
In addition, entrepreneurs from the Moscow Region complained about repeated and unjustified suspensions by the registrar of the Rosreestr of state registration of land plots, illegal actions of the federal state institution "Centravtomagistral" related to the liquidation of exits and exits adjacent to the federal highway, which led to the complete closure of the business, as well as an illegal increase in tariffs for thermal energy by a heat supply organization from Shatura. And in addition – actions of the municipal administration that contradict their own resolutions which do not extend the right to place the non-stationary retail facilities until the end of the current year.
Checks will be carried out on all the appeals considered during the joint reception and, if necessary, measures of the prosecutor's response will be taken. Until the completion of the process, the cases remain under the control of the Commissioner.
