With the assistance of the Business Ombudsman, the entrepreneur from Lobnya was deferred tax payments.
Vladimir Golovnev, the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs in the Moscow Region, was approached by a businessman from the Lobnya city district with a complaint about the actions of tax officials.
Due to the deterioration of the economic situation in the country, the enterprise engaged in the production of refrigeration and ventilation equipment and being a small business, significantly reduced the volume of products, which led to a decrease in working capital.
Despite the effect of the decision taken by the tax authorities to suspend operations on bank accounts when collecting debtors' funds, employees of the local tax inspectorate issued collection orders for debt collection against the company.
"This action of employees of the tax inspectorate significantly increases the risks of insolvency of the enterprise and, as a result, the impossibility of further production of equipment and its sale.
The company creates a significant number of jobs on the territory of the Lobnya city district," the applicant stressed in his appeal.
On behalf of the Business Ombudsman Vladimir Golovnev, the head of the public reception of the Commissioner in the city districts of Khimki, Lobnya, Dolgoprudny Andrey Tsenterov joined in solving the issue.
Thanks to the established interaction with the head of the tax service, understanding was found.
"We understand how difficult it is for russian business right now. Broken business ties, logistics chains, additional production costs and much more.
And behind the shoulders of the entrepreneur are people who need to pay wages, provide comfortable and safe working conditions…
The fact that the tax inspectorate met halfway and granted the entrepreneur a postponement was a great help for the company and a way out of the current situation," said Tsenterov.
He also noted that since the beginning of the year, the public reception has received more than 40 appeals from entrepreneurs.
Most often, businessmen were interested in issues of registration of various documents (including tax), obtaining regional subsidies, disputes with management companies (issues of placing business objects in apartment buildings) and other issues.
