An entrepreneur from Ramenskoye city district saved 17 million rubles by contacting the Moscow Business Ombudsman.
The Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs in the Moscow Region Vladimir Golovnev was approached by a businessman from the Ramenskoye city district with a request to help organize the construction of a new production site.
The entrepreneur has been working in the food industry for many years, in particular, he is engaged in fish processing.
The businessman found a plot of land on which he planned to build an object with new production facilities, but faced the problem of the lack of necessary communications in this area.
The head of the public reception of the Business Ombudsman in Ramenskoye city district, Alla Rodina, on behalf of the Commissioner, connected the city administration to the solution of the issue. Having gone to the place and carefully familiarized with the situation, it turned out that the connection of engineering communications in the selected location is difficult and excessively expensive for the implementation of the businessman's project.
As an alternative solution, the entrepreneur was offered to use the investment program "Land for a ruble", choosing a land plot at the rate of 1 ruble per year for a period of 3 years.
In the shortest possible time, the municipal administration selected and submitted to the businessman several options for sites that meet the technical characteristics of the project, assuring that no more than two months will pass from the moment of approval to the start of construction.
Thus, thanks to the sensitive attitude of the authorities, the entrepreneur will save more than 17 million rubles, originally planned for the purchase of a land plot, and will direct this money to business development.
"Well-coordinated, prompt and effective work of the public reception and the city administration allowed us to find the optimal solution for a particular businessman. In this case, we see how the concept of "sensitive power" works. When the head is interested in supporting and developing the economy of the district, creating new jobs and effectively implementing import–substituting projects," Vladimir Golovnev concluded.
