Issues of implementation of the investment standard were discussed in the Moscow Region.
An Interregional Forum on the implementation of the investment standard is being held in the Moscow Region on August 13-14th.
The plenary session was opened by the Governor of the Moscow Region Andrey Vorobyov. The event was initiated by the Ministry of Investment, Industry and Science of the Moscow Region. The Forum is attended by 45 regions, 20 experts, 250 participants of regional investment teams. The master class "Mediation between business and government" was held with the participation of representatives of the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs in the Moscow Region.
The speakers told the audience about the possibility of pre-trial settlement of disputes with the participation of the Commissioner. It was emphasized that time is an important resource for an entrepreneur, and concrete examples from practice were given. For example, an entrepreneur needed to increase the power capacity during the technological connection of the enterprise, which involved large costs, up to the construction of a new substation. Along with the regional Ministry of Energy and JSC "Mosoblenergo", we managed to find an option to increase the capacity from the existing substation, thereby reducing the costs of the enterprise from 72 to 1.5 million rubles.
During the master - class the head of the Moscow Region Mediation Center Maria Svetlova spoke about the activities of the center, which, in addition to business disputes, deals with all types of mediation procedures.
- Pre-trial settlement helps the business community to save time, money and nerves. The practice of conducting mediation procedures has already become widespread in the Moscow Region, a large number of disputes of economic entities are settled in a pre-trial manner. The main thing is to resolve the disputed situation and jointly search for an alternative solution that satisfies the interests of both sides.
Mediation between business and government is designed to fill in all the gaps and by connecting the missing links in the chain, lead to the optimal solution to the problem - concluded Vladimir Golovnev, the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs in the Moscow Region.
