The certificate for the products turned out to be free.
After contacting the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs in the Moscow Region Vladimir Golovnev, the problem of an entrepreneur from Moscow Region was solved quickly and at no extra cost.
An enterprise from Naro-Fominsk city district, engaged in the production of network extension cords and filters, faced a problem: in order to supply its products to Armenia, it became necessary to obtain an additional international certificate of the ST-1 form.
Having previously familiarized himself with the prices and terms of rendering the necessary service, the entrepreneur assumed that he would have to purchase the necessary documents for an impressive amount, and turned to the Moscow Business Ombudsman for additional advice.
But, it turned out that according to the order of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation dated 03.28.2022 No. 32 until the end of this year, certificates of origin of the form ST-1 intended for Russian customs goods are issued by chambers of Commerce and Industry free of charge. Thus the applicant was immediately informed of this issue.
"Today, it is especially important for an entrepreneur to learn about all new anti-crisis measures and events held to support business in time. The Investment portal of the Moscow Region has consolidated up–to-date information on support measures and business opportunities available today," concluded Vladimir Golovnev, the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs in the Moscow Region.https://invest.mosreg.ru/
