Small and medium-sized enterprises of the Moscow Region can receive funds for business development on new terms.
The joint program of concessional lending began to work, which combined subsidies under the decree of the Government of the Russian Federation 1764 and the program to stimulate lending to SMEs of the Bank of Russia and the SME Corporation.
"Funds under the joint program of concessional lending are issued for investment purposes, as well as for project financing.
Enterprises engaged in manufacturing, processing of agricultural products, transportation and storage, hotel business and catering can participate in the program. For small enterprises, the rate will be 4.5% per annum, for medium-sized enterprises -3% per annum. Such rates will be valid for the first 3 years, the next 2 years will be the rate of the program 1764, valid at the time of signing the contract.
The loan term can be up to 10 years," said Elena Buzdalina, Head of the Economic Department of the Central Bank of Russia's Central Federal District Department.
The limit of the program for 2022 will be 50 billion rubles. The detailed terms of this program and the list of participating banks are available on the website of the SME Corporation.
"This timely and in-demand measure will help the Moscow Region enterprises effectively modernize their production by increasing the volume of products or improving the technology of providing services.
From mid-March to mid-July of this year, entrepreneurs of the Moscow Region have already received 63 loans in the amount of 5.2 billion rubles under the previously existing investment lending program.
