The Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs in the Moscow Region Vladimir Golovnev received an appeal from the director of a company engaged in the production of salts and fluxes in Voskresensk.

The businessman faced the following problem. He submitted a request to extend the lease agreement for a land plot under auxiliary production facilities through the Public Services portal. However, as a result of the registration, a formal refusal was received.

On behalf of the Business Ombudsman Vladimir Golovnev, the head of the public reception of the Commissioner in Voskresensk Pavel Eroshin joined in solving the issue. Along with the administration of the city district, the entrepreneur was helped to correct issue and submit the documents again. When registering, it was important for the entrepreneur to take into account all the requirements prescribed in Federal Law No. 58-FZ of March 14th of 2022 "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation".

After the joint actions carried out, the lease agreement was successfully extended for 3 years. This made it possible to save jobs (more than 100 people work at the enterprise in Voskresensk) and maintain production volumes at the proper level.

In the city district of Voskresensk, more than 9 thousand business entities carry out business activities. The largest number is employed in such industries as trade and manufacturing. Since the beginning of 2022, more than 80 businessmen have applied to the Public Reception of the Commissioner for the Protection of Entrepreneurs' Rights in Voskresensk for consultations and explanations of new measures to support entrepreneurs. All of them were provided with advisory assistance.
