Those who run a personal subsidiary farm will have access to preferential loans at a rate of 1-5% per annum. This applies to both short-term loans and investment loans for up to 12 years. Citizens who run a private subsidiary farm will now have access to a preferential loan at a rate of up to 5%. And not only for short periods, but also for investment purposes. The loan can be taken by owners of private farms who pay the tax on professional income in a timely manner. This will give them the opportunity to expand their business for the production or processing of agricultural products. Also, the terms of extension of previously granted preferential loans for the construction of new greenhouse complexes have been increased from 12 to 15 years. "State support of agribusiness is an actual, timely and necessary measure for the effective solution of the tasks of food security of the country and the region. The governor of the Moscow Region, Andrey Vorobyov, pays great attention to the development of agriculture in the Moscow Region. Existing and new programs allow us to increase production volumes and grow products that are not inferior in quality to the products of European commodity producers.
