Entrepreneurs from the Moscow region complained about illegal actions of law enforcement agencies
On September 21, in Solnechnogorsk urban district the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs in the Moscow Region Vladimir Golovnev and the Acting Prosecutor of the Moscow Region Andrey Gantsev requested a joint reception of entrepreneurs. Six businessmen took up the protection of their rights and legitimate interests
Six businessmen applied for the protection of their rights and legitimate interests.
Most of the complaints voiced by businessmen were related to illegal actions of law enforcement agencies, local self-government and supervisory structures.
These issues continue to be among the priorities.
A vivid example is the story of one of the applicants. Property worth more than 6 million rubles was stolen from the company by unknown persons. Such tangible damage paralyzed the company's activities.
However, the procedural check that followed the statement submitted to the police was delayed so much that there is a danger of losing evidence of the crime committed.
The participants of the meeting, having clarified a number of details and requested the necessary documents, took the issue under the prosecutor's control. In the near future, an inaction check of the police will be carried out.
According to the regional Business Ombudsman, such a case is not uncommon, and it is possible to achieve a positive result only after intervention in the case of the prosecutor's office.
"Joint receptions of entrepreneurs with the regional prosecutor have been held since 2015. During this time, we have considered more than 180 questions from entrepreneurs, in 70% of cases the situation was resolved in favor of the business.
Working with the prosecutor's office is a great help for us, because this effective "bundle" allows us to give the necessary recommendations and speed up the time for solving the problem," the Commissioner noted.
Checks will be carried out on all the appeals considered during the joint reception and, if necessary, measures of the prosecutor's response will be taken. Until the completion of the process, the cases remain under the control of the Commissioner.
