The share of participation in public procurement of small and medium-sized businesses has increased significantly.
According to the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation for the first nine months of 2022, the share of purchases of large companies from small and medium-sized businesses within the framework of 223-FL amounted to almost half (48.5%) of the total volume
Last year, the same indicator was at the level of 31%, and in 2020 - less than 20%. This year, purchases of companies with state participation of SMEs exceeded 3 trillion rubles.
This was largely due to the withdrawal of foreign companies from the market, thereby freeing up space for domestic entrepreneurship. This area is least affected by external factors in the conditions of turbulence in the economy and guarantees the business a constant source of income and the possibility of constant sales.
The positive dynamics in this matter are undoubtedly influenced by measures of state support. Thanks to special digital platforms, small and medium-sized businesses have access to sales markets. There are special consulting services that facilitate the way to enter the procurement market for beginners.
- There is a lot of interest in the topic, and it is gratifying that the share of participation in this process of small and medium-sized businesses is growing from year to year. However, there are situations when an entrepreneur needs assistance in collecting funds for a completed contract or it is necessary to prevent the company from entering the register of unscrupulous suppliers, which is very important for further participation in the system of state orders.
This year, 7.2% of the appeals received from the business community concerned this topic. We explain to entrepreneurs how to act competently when interacting with government customers, represent their interests in courts and help to return the money, - said the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs in the Moscow Region, Vladimir Golovnev.
