Over 2 200 appeals of entrepreneurs have been considered by the Moscow Business Business Ombudsman since the beginning of 2022
The Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs in the Moscow Region Vladimir Golovnev summed up the work since the beginning of 2022.
He received near 2 200 appeals from entrepreneurs of the Moscow Region during 10 months.
Individual entrepreneurs and legal entities most often applied to the Commissioner for help – 49.4% and 41.5%, respectively. Less often – representatives in the interests of the entrepreneur (6.2%), collective appeals - (1.7%), peasant farms - (1%). In almost half of the cases (48.7%) they expressed disagreement with the decisions and actions of the state bodies of the Moscow Region. The number of similar complaints against territorial bodies of federal executive authorities and local self–government officials is significantly less - 29.9% and 19.4%, respectively. And only 2.2% of all appeals contain complaints against authorities operating in other subjects of the Russian Federation.
"A fairly high percentage of the appeals is associated with administrative barriers – 41.6%. In most cases, these are complaints about violations in the organization of transportation. The second and third lines of our anti-rating are divided by complaints related to the activities of law enforcement agencies - (13.7%) and in the field of land and property relations (13.2%)" - Vladimir Golovnev said.
He also added that in comparison with the same period last year, the number of appeals remained almost at the same level, which indicates that the business community is successfully coping with the period of economic turbulence. There is no surge in the increase in business signals.
Golovnev noted that over the past six months, more than 40 events have been held with the participation of the business community of the Moscow Region. The heads of the public reception offices of the Commissioner in the municipalities of the Moscow Region are actively working on the ground. These are thematic webinars, seminars and round tables, legal consultations, clarification of the norms of current legislation, and much more.
