During a working trip to the Leninsky city district, the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs in the Moscow Region Vladimir Golovnev visited LLC “Spassky &Partners”, a major Russian manufacturer of food ingredients.

During its 11-year history, “Spassky & Partners” has managed to establish itself as a reliable manufacturer of flavor and aroma blends for factories and plants throughout the country. To date, the company's assortment includes more than 500 flavoring and functional additives, complex mixtures, marinade sauces, ECO-spices and other food ingredients. Tastes and aromas are developed from scratch, focusing on the needs of the consumer and the customer's request, and most importantly - without chemistry.

Vladimir Golovnev got acquainted with the production technology and discussed with entrepreneurs the specifics of their work today. It was also about business support measures that allow the company to successfully implement import substitution.

- An important feature of the company is that they do everything themselves here, we have an example of 100% import substitution. The company's products are used at more than 200 enterprises of the meat industry, it is appreciated by the largest Russian agricultural holdings.

The company's technologists, applying their knowledge in practice, develop their own taste lines. With the support of the Government of the Moscow Region, the company has visited exhibitions in Dubai and Iran and plans to expand its sales geography.
