The intervention of the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs in Moscow Region Vladimir Golovnev helped an individual entrepreneur from Solnechnogorsk city district to receive the money due to him by the decision of the arbitration court.

On 15.04.2022, by the decision of the Arbitration Court of the Moscow Region in favor of an individual entrepreneur, arrears were collected from the Municipal Budget Institution "Directorate of the Unified Customer of the Solnechnogorsk City District". The   payment of works performed under municipal contract No. 125 dated 07.05.2021 in the amount of 4,010,825 rubles. And penalties as of 15.11.2021 in the amount of 113,305 rubles.

On 07.06.2022, this decision was left unchanged by the decision of the Tenth Arbitration Court of Appeal and the decision entered into force.

On 03.08.2022, the executive order of FL No. 029300180 was transferred to the Financial Department of the Solnechnogorsk City District Administration for execution.

On 27.09.2022, the decision of the Arbitration Court of the Moscow District confirmed the above-mentioned court decisions.

On 06.11.2022, the entrepreneur appealed to the Commissioner with a complaint about the inaction of the Municipal Budget Institution "Directorate of the Unified Customer of the Solnechnogorsk City District" related to the execution of the decision of the Moscow Region Arbitration Court.

On 09.11.2022, the Commissioner appealed to the acting Head of the Solnechnogorsk city district with a request for the provision of documents and information that served as the basis for delaying payment of arrears by a court decision.

According to the information provided by the administration of the Solnechnogorsk city district, the funds in the amount of 4 124 131 rubles were transferred to the entrepreneur.
