A seminar meeting was held with the participation of the heads of public reception offices of the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs in the municipalities of the Moscow Region.

Within the framework of the meeting, a seminar was held on the topic "Single Tax Account" and the mechanism for implementing this project from January 2023.

According to preliminary results, more than 2,300 appeals were considered in the public reception offices of the Commissioner for 2022. Most of them were related to administrative barriers, unlawful refusals to issue permits and approvals, late payment under state and municipal contracts, land and property relations. It should be noted a slight decrease in the number of complaints against law enforcement agencies, but still their share remains high.

The Business Ombudsman outlined work plans for the next year. The participants of the meeting discussed a new format for recording appeals to improve their analysis.

- Over 9 years of work, more than 20 600 appeals of entrepreneurs have been considered. We will continue to work by introducing new mechanisms to protect the rights and legitimate interests of the business community of the Moscow Region. For example, since January we have been opening a hotline for business. By calling 8-800-550-63-53, all entrepreneurs of the Moscow Region can ask any questions and count on legal advice and assistance - summed up Vladimir Golovnev, the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs in the Moscow Region.
