The appeal to the Moscow Business Ombudsman helped to restore the destroyed road to the enterprise.
For several years, the municipal road to the company engaged in the production of electrical products consisted of pits and potholes.
The director of the company repeatedly appealed to the local administration for a solution to the issue, but was faced with misunderstanding and indifference on the part of officials. For the protection of his rights, the businessman turned to the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs in the Moscow Region, Vladimir Golovnev.
The emergency road running between the production site and the city recreation park in Balashikha became an emergency road back in 2019. The businessman has repeatedly sent letters to the city administration with a request to bring the road into proper technical and operational condition. But had received refusals and unsubscriptions. To protect his rights and legitimate interests, the entrepreneur turned to the Business Ombudsman. Having studied the applicant's arguments, the Commissioner instructed the head of the public reception in the Balashikha city district Anatoly Shestakov to investigate the circumstances of the case. The reception initiated a request to the Balashikha prosecutor's office, an on-site inspection confirmed the businessman's correctness. As a result of the actions taken, the road was repaired.
- Only well-coordinated work allows us to solve business issues in the shortest possible time, - said Vladimir Golovnev, the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs in the Moscow Region.
