At the initiative of the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs in the Moscow Region Vladimir Golovnev, a contact center has started working. 

By contacting it, legal entities, individual entrepreneurs and the self-employed will receive free legal assistance.

By calling the hotline of the contact center, experts will give recommendations on how to act correctly in a given situation, answer questions: what to do if the rights of entrepreneurs are violated, how to file a complaint with the competent authorities, how to defend their rights in court or defend them in a pre-trial order.

- In 2022, we received over 2.5 thousand appeals from the business community of the Moscow Region. Since January 2023, the contact center for providing prompt legal assistance to entrepreneurs starts working at a single number 8 (800) 550-63-53. We hope that this service will help entrepreneurs in solving their issues – said Vladimir Golovnev, the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs in the Moscow Region.
