In mid-December, at a joint reception of the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs in the Moscow Region Vladimir Golovnev and the prosecutor of the Moscow Region Sergei Zabaturin, the director of a construction company asked for protection of their rights and legitimate interests.
Back in 2021, equipment for the production of rubber tiles worth more than 6.5 million rubles was stolen from the territory of the enterprise belonging to him. The entrepreneur wrote a statement to the police. According to the results of the procedural check, the local police department has repeatedly made a decision to refuse to initiate criminal proceedings.

According to the results of the prosecutor's inspection, a criminal case was initiated under part 1 of Article 330 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation for arbitrariness. The progress and results of the investigation of the criminal case are under the control of the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs and the Prosecutor's Office of the Moscow Region.
