A meeting of the working group of the Expert Council under the Commissioner was held today, at which the appeal of a limited liability company was considered. 

The applicant, faced with the refusal to issue a license for the operation of a hazardous production facility, turned to Vladimir Golovnev.

During the meeting of the working group of the Expert Council, the circumstances that gave rise to the appeal were considered. The licensing authority has duly justified the decision to refuse to issue a license. Following the results of the meeting, no violation of the rights and legitimate interests of the applicant was established. The applicant's representatives have been given recommendations. The issue will remain under the control of the Commissioner until the applicant receives a license.

An important area of work of the Business Ombudsman is the pre-trial settlement of disputes, which is often carried out within the framework of meetings of working groups of the Expert Council.

- We have been holding meetings of working groups of the Expert Council since 2014. They have shown their effectiveness, they allow to achieve the resolution of conflict situations in a pre-trial manner. In 2022, 9 such events were held. During most of them, the problems that the applicants complained about were resolved. The meetings of the working groups were devoted to various issues, including obtaining permits, connecting enterprises to infrastructure facilities, and acquiring ownership of land plots. We bring all appeals to a logical conclusion so that business in the Moscow Region can develop successfully and feel comfortable," summed up the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs of the Moscow Region Vladimir Golovnev.
