How to minimize risks in case of bankruptcy was told to entrepreneurs from the Moscow Region at a webinar in the Office of the Regional Business Ombudsman.
At the initiative of the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs in the Moscow Region Vladimir Golovnev, along with the Moscow Region Chamber of Advocates, another webinar on the topic ‘The game of survival: subsidiary liability in bankruptcy” was held.
Over the past few years, the number of persons brought to subsidiary responsibility has increased 9 times. Similarly, the number of applications submitted and the percentage of their satisfaction is growing. Practice is changing in such a way that today multimillion-dollar debts must be paid not only by business owners, but also by relatives, friends, and employees.
During the webinar, speaker Anton Kalvan told what "subsidiary responsibility" is, its types and features, what it comes for, who can be held accountable and how to protect yourself from it.
They also discussed the specifics of the institute of subsidiary liability, provided judicial statistics, told who most often initiates bankruptcy cases of companies.
