Topical issues of the Khimki business were discussed at a round table.
The Prosecutor of the Moscow Region Sergey Zabaturin and the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs in the Moscow Region Vladimir Golovnev held a round table with entrepreneurs in the administration of the Khimki city district.
The work was also attended by the Head of the municipality Dmitry Voloshin, the head of the public reception of the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs in Khimki Andrey Tsenterov, representatives of law enforcement, regulatory and supervisory authorities and municipal business.
During the meeting, questions about the specifics of control and supervisory activities in 2023, fulfillment of obligations under state and municipal contracts by customers, simplification of bureaucratic processes were raised.
The prosecutor of the Moscow Region Sergey Zabaturin told entrepreneurs that the Moscow Region is among the leaders in refusals to inspections of control and supervisory authorities:
- This allows businesses to avoid meetings with supervisors and excessive administrative pressure on the business in 80% of cases. Only what poses a real threat will be checked," he stressed.
Entrepreneurs, in particular, raised the issue of late payment by customers of executed municipal contracts. The Business Ombudsman of the Moscow Region Vladimir Golovnev stressed that at almost every joint reception with the regional prosecutor, applicants raise this topic. And he thanked the prosecutor's office for the measures of the prosecutor's response, thanks to which it is possible to achieve timely payment.
- Today, we had a productive dialogue between government and business. A large number of SME organizations, including individual entrepreneurs, are registered on the territory of the Khimki city district, however, there are few appeals to us from here.
This means that the government here is in a lively dialogue with business, and allows it to achieve a socially significant result - to be useful to people and the country," concluded Vladimir Golovnev, the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs in the Moscow Region.
