The Moscow Region residents can withdraw cash from the card at the cash desks of stores.
According to the Main Directorate of the Bank of Russia for the Central Federal District, residents of the Moscow Region actively use the cash withdrawal service from bank cards at the cash register of stores – the cashout service. There are about 10 thousand terminals providing such a service in retail outlets of the Moscow Region.
In the Moscow region, Odintsovo district, Balashikha, Mytishchi, Podolsk, Krasnogorsk and Istra are the leaders in the number of points with the cashout service. There are more than 350 terminals located in each of these areas.
Residents of the Moscow Region can withdraw money from their debit bank card at the checkout of the outlet when making a purchase. In this way, you can withdraw no more than 5,000 rubles per day and no more than 30,000 rubles per month from one card. To use the service, you need to make sure that the required amount is really on the card and warn the cashier in advance about the desire to receive cash. The seller will add the requested amount to the purchase receipt, and when paying by card, the cost of goods and the requested amount of cash will be debited from the account at the same time.
- The cash withdrawal service at the cash desk allows residents not to waste time searching for an ATM of the right bank if cash is urgently needed, and to receive it at the cash desk of a store or gas station when paying for a purchase. This increases the availability of financial services, especially in small settlements where there are no bank offices and ATMs. The service will also be useful for business, as it will help attract additional customers to retail outlets, said Vladimir Golovnev, the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs in the Moscow Region.
