For effective consideration of business appeals on the ground, in the municipalities of the region, the heads of public reception offices of the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs in the Moscow Region regularly hold joint receptions with city prosecutors. Another joint reception was held in the Balashikha city district.

Anatoly Shestakov, the head of the public reception of the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs in the Moscow Region in the Balashikha city District, and Nikita Brykin, the city prosecutor, reviewed 4 appeals from businessmen during the event.

The complaints concerned the dismantling of a non-stationary commercial facility, protection of the rights to manage an apartment building, overestimation of the cost of utilities, recalculation of the cadastral value of real estate.

Checks will be carried out on all the issues voiced during the reception in the near future and, if necessary, measures of the prosecutor's response will be taken.
