The governor of the Moscow Region Andrey Vorobyov outlined priorities in business development
On June 7th,, the governor of the Moscow Region Andrey Vorobyov made an annual appeal to the residents of the Moscow Region. Andrey Vorobyov named three components on which the success of the region's development depends.
This is efficiency, sensitivity and attention of the authorities in relation to people.
The event was attended by members of the Government of the Moscow Region, deputies, heads of city districts, heads of territorial departments of federal authorities, representatives of the business community and honorary citizens of the region.
"As before, we are guided by our principles and our leadership ideology. Its essence lies in the fact that people feel changes in all spheres of life, and these changes should be for the better, and for this you need to have resources and opportunities. And we all understand perfectly well that leadership matters only when it is aimed at helping residents, at achieving results," the governor said in his speech.
Speaking about the region's economy, the governor stressed that despite the sanctions, logistics difficulties and general unpredictability, the situation has stabilized over the past 5 months. The share of small businesses in the gross regional product is 24.8%, which makes the Moscow Region one of the ten strongest economies in the country.
Separately, the Governor stressed that it is necessary to continue to accompany and support all projects implemented by small businesses. He said that 150 new import-substituting enterprises will open in the Moscow Region in the next 2-3 years. The region, in turn, provides such enterprises with land plots under the "Land for 1 Ruble" program and the corresponding infrastructure.
"Federal and regional support measures have helped businesses overcome the crisis phenomena in the economy. This is evidenced by the figures announced today by the Governor of the Moscow Region Andrey Vorobyov. The number of small and medium-sized businesses, self-employed is growing. Jobs have been saved, new enterprises are being opened.
Entrepreneurs from other regions will re-register their enterprises in the region. Digital technologies are actively developing. Accordingly, the issue of protecting the rights and legitimate interests of the business community does not lose relevance. Along with the relevant ministries and departments of the Moscow Region, we will implement the vectors outlined by the governor and create the most comfortable conditions for doing business," commented Vladimir Golovnev, the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs in the Moscow Region.
