For many years, the Prosecutor's Office of the Moscow Region and the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs in the Moscow Region have been holding quarterly receptions of entrepreneurs.

In addition, on a systematic basis, they are conducted by the heads of the Commissioner's public reception offices along with city prosecutors in the municipalities of the region. One of these receptions was held in the Istra city district. It was conducted by the head of the public reception of the Commissioner Sergey Gureev and the city prosecutor Mikhail Ruzlyaev.

Several entrepreneurs applied for an appointment with the prosecutor. One of the complaints concerned the unlawful initiation of a criminal case. Throughout all the years of the Commissioner's work, the topic related to the criminal prosecution of business remains in the top five most common issues.

Another issue was related to a dispute between economic entities, in which one entrepreneur restricted another's access to the water area of the Istra reservoir.

The Prosecutor's office took the received appeals to work, the consultations were given on other issues.

- The practice of conducting our joint receptions with the prosecutor's office has long shown its effectiveness. I want to address entrepreneurs: "Dear entrepreneurs! This is an additional help in solving your questions. When applying, it is recommended to prepare a written statement containing all the information necessary for prompt consideration," said Vladimir Golovnev, the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs in the Moscow Region.
