Vladimir Golovnev told what questions come to the contact center from entrepreneurs.
At the beginning of the year, at the initiative of the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs in the Moscow Region, Vladimir Golovnev a contact center was established to provide free legal assistance to entrepreneurs.
The center's hotline receives calls from entrepreneurs from all over the region. The Business Ombudsman told what topics are heard most often.
The hotline of the contact center at a single number 8 (800) 550-63-53 receives calls requiring explanations and consultations on a wide variety of issues related to business processes.
- These are issues of taxation, cadastral value of land plots, obtaining subsidies for the expansion of production, social contracts for the creation of sole proprietors, the transfer of production from another region to the Moscow Region. We are often asked for consulting assistance in obtaining self-employed status and registration as an individual entrepreneur. There are a lot of organizational calls concerning non-stationary retail facilities, obtaining permission for their placement, connection to the power grid. A detailed consultation is provided to all those who contact this center. In cases requiring more detailed consideration of the issue, it is proposed to write a written appeal, - said the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs in the Moscow Region Vladimir Golovnev.
Most of the calls came from entrepreneurs from Orekhovo-Zuevo, Podolsk and Kolomna.
