The Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs in the Moscow Region Vladimir Golovnev received a letter from an individual entrepreneur. 

He filed a complaint about the refusal to provide a land plot on which capital construction objects belonging to him are located to the property without bidding.

According to the results of the inspection carried out by the Prosecutor's Office of the Moscow Region in accordance with the letter of the Commissioner to the local government body that made an unreasonable decision to refuse to grant the land plot to the applicant, a submission was made. The land plot is registered as property.

The Business Ombudsman of the Moscow Region Vladimir Golovnev noted, that appeals related to land and property relations, occupy the second place from the total number of complaints received by him.
