A large industrial company specializing in the production of meat and dairy products could not begin the construction of an administrative and warehouse complex on its land plot due to administrative barriers.
The problem was resolved after an appeal to the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs in the Moscow Region Vladimir Golovnev.
For the purpose of construction, the company carried out all the necessary engineering, environmental, geological and geodetic surveys, and developed project documentation. The relevant examinations have been passed.
Twice the company received refusals, it was not possible to get permission and start construction. The General Director of the company asked for help from the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs in the Moscow Region Vladimir Golovnev.
Having studied the applicant's arguments, the Business Ombudsman appealed to the Construction Assistance Center of the Moscow Region with a request for prompt consideration and elimination of the comments received, which served as the basis for refusals.
Currently, a permit for the construction of an administrative and warehouse complex has been issued. Thanks to the facility, more than 630 new jobs will appear in the Moscow Region.
