The moratorium on inspections in force in Russia and the constructive work of control and supervisory agencies to prevent violations are yielding results: administrative pressure on business is reduced. 

The Commissioner for the Protection of the rights of entrepreneurs in the Moscow Region Vladimir Golovnev reminded entrepreneurs how to self-examine their business without waiting for the arrival of inspectors.

He noted that, despite the current moratorium on inspections, it is important for entrepreneurs to master new formats of interaction with supervisors. And he recalled that a special digital tool "Integrated service for business within the framework of control and supervisory activities" was created in the Moscow Region for this purpose. 15 control and supervisory authorities of the Moscow Region take part in its work.

Vladimir Golovnev said that in the personal account of the service at the RPGU https://uslugi.mosreg.ru/services/21849 There are 156 forms of documents available for business and regulatory authorities. With the help of the service, an entrepreneur can make an appointment for a consultation, as well as schedule a preventive visit or undergo self-examination. The date of the preventive measure can be selected in the digital calendar.

In June 2023, federal types of supervision provided by the Ministry of Ecology, the Ministry of Agriculture, the Ministry of Agriculture and the Ministry of Housing and Communal Services were added to the service. Thus, the service has already united 15 departments and 43 types of supervision in the Moscow Region. There are new forms of documents: notifications, petitions, notices, acts, regulations and protocols that can be sent electronically. Especially for the users of the service, the supervisory authorities regularly conduct training and explanatory webinars.
