At the initiative of the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs in the Moscow Region Vladimir Golovnev along with the Moscow Region Chamber of Advocates, conducted a training webinar for business owners and managers on the topic "Modification and termination of the contract unilaterally."

During the webinar, the speaker of the lawyer of the International Bar Association "Sed Lex" Svetlana Serebrennikova told what grounds for unilateral refusal or modification can be provided in the contract, in which cases the court recognizes the unilateral refusal of the contract invalid, the procedure for unilateral refusal or modification of the contract and how to collect a fee for the counterparty's refusal of the contract. Separately, the speaker noted the basic rules for the refusal of the contract, the step-by-step procedure for its termination, gave examples of the grounds for refusal.
