The Business Ombudsman helped to move the issue of connection to the power grids of production from the "dead point"
The Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs in the Moscow Region Vladimir Golovnev was approached by the CEO, engaged in the production of reinforced concrete products and landscaping elements.
Despite the concluded and paid technical connection agreement, the entrepreneur cannot start production for more than a year due to the lack of connection of the facility to the power grid. The applicant's repeated appeals to PJSC ROSSETI Moscow Region did not yield results. Having failed to resolve the issue, the entrepreneur turned to the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs in the Moscow Region Vladimir Golovnev.
At the request of the entrepreneur, the Moscow Business Ombudsman initiated a joint review of the problematic situation at a meeting of the interdepartmental working group on technological connection of the Ministry of Energy of the Moscow Region.
Following the results of the meeting of PJSC Rosseti Moscow Region, a commitment was made to connect the facility to the electric grid by September 15th of this year. The issue remains under the control of the Commissioner.
