The Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs in the Moscow Region Vladimir Golovnev and the prosecutor of the Moscow Region Sergey Zabaturin held a joint reception of entrepreneurs. 9 businessmen applied for protection of their rights and legitimate interests.

The event was held within the walls of the Commissioner's office. Entrepreneurs from 7 city districts - Sergiev Posad, Ramenskoye, Krasnogorsk, Domodedovo, Dmitrov, Shchelkovo, Serpukhov - addressed their complaints directly to the Prosecutor of the Moscow Region and the Business Ombudsman.

Most of the entrepreneurs` complaints concerned the actions of local self-government bodies related to land and property relations, delaying the consideration of cases by law enforcement agencies and violations of the rules of technological connection to power supply networks.

An example is the story of a businessmen who bought a real estate object at an electronic auction, that is in fact owned by the region, which led to a violation of the rights of an entrepreneur to purchase a land plot. The entrepreneur came to the reception with a request to figure out who owns the property and what actions he should take next. The participants of the meeting, having clarified a number of details and requested the necessary documents, took the issue under control.

- We are in close contact with the business community of the region and people come to our joint receptions with the prosecutor's office already prepared, with a package of necessary documents, which makes it faster and more efficient to find a way to solve the problem with colleagues from relevant ministries and departments of the region.

The main purpose of such events is to create a favorable climate for doing business in the region. To do this, we have a powerful network of public reception offices in the territories, we are ready to get involved in any problem - concluded the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs in the Moscow Region Vladimir Golovnev.

- The format of our joint receptions has proven to be useful, important and effective. Unfortunately, municipal officials are not always sensitive to the problems of entrepreneurs. And it is sometimes easier for them to give a formal answer than to understand a specific situation, and to make the work of the business legitimate, transparent and socially useful. In most cases, we manage to help and resolve disputes in favor of entrepreneurs - said the prosecutor of the Moscow Region Sergey Zabaturin.

Checks will be carried out on all the appeals considered during the joint reception and, if necessary, measures of the prosecutor's response will be taken. Until the problem is resolved, the appeals remain under the control of the Commissioner.
