At the beginning of 2023, at the initiative of the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs in the Moscow Region Vladimir Golovnev, a contact center was established to provide free legal assistance to entrepreneurs.

The center's hotline at a single number 8 (800) 550-63-53 receives calls from entrepreneurs in the region. The Business Ombudsman told which municipalities and which issues are most often addressed.

- Entrepreneurs who have contacted the contact center are concerned about urgent, practical issues. Live communication allows us to make a quick cut of what is happening in the business community of the region, and to form a further explanatory and educational agenda for our work, says Vladimir Golovnev, the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs in the Moscow Region.

He clarified that since the beginning of the year, most of the calls to the contact center have been received from entrepreneurs from Orekhovo-Zuevo, Lyuberetsy, Mytishchy, Krasnogorsk, Podolsk and Kolomna city districts. Most of the issues were related to the sphere of land and property relations, the specifics of using a Single tax account, registration of self-employed status, obtaining permits for the installation of non-stationary commercial facilities.

- A detailed consultation is provided to all those who contact the contact center. In cases requiring a more detailed consideration of the issue, it is proposed to write a written appeal, the Commissioner stressed.
