The Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs in the Moscow Region Vladimir Golovnev received an appeal from a Limited Liability Company  complaining about the inaction of bailiffs in terms of violating the terms and procedure for reviewing the complaint and providing information.

In favor of the LLC, enforcement proceedings were conducted to recover money from the debtor, which was terminated due to the introduction of bankruptcy proceedings against him. The company did not agree with this decision and asked for help from the Business Ombudsman of the Moscow Region Vladimir Golovnev.

At the request of the Commissioner, the Prosecutor's Office of the Moscow Region conducted an inspection regarding the actions of bailiffs, during which violations of the requirements of federal legislation on enforcement proceedings were revealed, expressed in an illegally made decision to end it. In this connection the city prosecutor's office submitted a protest to the head of the Odintsovo bailiff department of the Main Directorate of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia for the Moscow Region, which was reviewed and satisfied. The resolution has been canceled, the enforcement proceedings have been resumed.

Also, during the audit, it was found that there was a violation of the requirements of Article 64.1 of Federal Law No. 229-FL, and in this connection a submission was made to the head of the Main Department.
