Entrepreneurs from Klin city district were told about the prevention of offenses in the field of catering.
A regular meeting of representatives of government agencies with businesses took place in the Klin city district.
More than 30 representatives of business entities providing catering services attended the event dedicated to the branch project "Public catering". The issues of the use of cash register equipment, the prevention of violations and legalization of doing business.
The meeting was attended by employees of the Federal Tax Service of Russia for the Moscow Region, the Department for combating Economic Crimes, the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs in the Moscow Region, representatives of the administration of the Klin city district.
The purpose of the project is to encourage the widespread use of cash register equipment, increase revenue recorded with the use of cash register equipment. As a result, increase budget revenue growth by reducing the shadow turnover of the catering market and creating equal, competitive business conditions.
During the meeting, the entrepreneurs were reminded that in accordance with Federal Law No. 54-FL of 22.05.2003 "On the use of Cash Registers for Settlements in the Russian Federation", when selling goods, works, services, including catering services, organizations or individual entrepreneurs are required to use cash registers and to issue (send) to customers at the time of payment cash receipts containing mandatory details.
Representatives of the tax inspectorate spoke about the results of control measures to identify taxpayers in the catering sector, who violate the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation on the use of cash registers. When organizing control measures, the tax authorities take a risk-based approach, aimed at maximizing the reduction of excessive inspections, avoiding inspections of faithfully entities, and strengthening control over persons whose activities are highly risky. Verification is a guaranteed consequence of non-compliance with the law.
