Entrepreneurs from the Moscow Region were explained how to properly issue customs documents.
At the initiative of the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs in the Moscow Region Vladimir Golovnev along with the Moscow Region Chamber of Lawyers, a webinar for business owners and managers was held, with explaining the basic rules of interaction with customs authorities.
The speaker was Sergey Moshinsky, a partner of Sed Lex, a lawyer for disputes with customs authorities.
During the webinar, the rules for the preparation of documents and information for confirming the customs value during inspections, conducted by customs authorities, were announced.
The participants of the online lecture learned how the customs value declared by the declarant is checked, what documents and information can be requested at the same time. Recommendations were given on the preparation of documents confirming the customs value.
The second part of the webinar was devoted to the topic of appealing decisions of customs authorities on the adjustment of customs value and the obligation to refund additional customs duties and taxes. The audience was explained how to extend the deadline for appealing decisions of the customs authority and change the amount of state duty.
