The reduction of administrative pressure was discussed at the forum of Business Ombudsmen in Blagoveshchensk.

The exchange of best practices" took place in the capital of the Amur region. Blagoveshchensk was visited by business ombudsmen from 20 regions of the Russian Federation. The forum was attended by heads of regional executive authorities.
The participants of the event discussed the key issues of interaction between regulatory and supervisory authorities and business entities, the best practices of interaction between authorized and supervisory authorities in the framework of reducing administrative and power pressure.
The forum featured specialized platforms on the following topics: "Administrative Pressure Index in 2024: assessment of index indicators, planned changes in 2024", "Administrative and power pressure on business. Best practices for achieving a favorable business climate", "Assessment of regulatory impact. Best practices for achieving a favorable business climate", "Control and supervisory activities of specialized business areas: industrial tourism", "Control and supervisory activities of business in friendly countries: the experience of the People's Republic of China".
During the forum, a delegation of commissioners took part in the first meeting on the exchange of experience on the protection of the rights of entrepreneurs in the People's Republic of China in the free trade zone - the city of Heihe. The convenient geographical location of the city contributes to the development of trade between the two countries.
During negotiations with Deputy Mayor of Heihe Yu Xiaolin and representatives of the city's public services, the delegation exchanged experience in protecting the rights of entrepreneurs. The delegation got acquainted with the separate functionality of the Heihe Investment Management. The participants noted the uniformity of approaches to introducing digitalization into business processes in terms of obtaining licensing procedures, starting a business and obtaining financial support measures within the framework of the "one window" system in the Russian Federation and the People's Republic of China.
"Such meetings contribute to the development of entrepreneurship between the two countries and allow our states to keep up with the times," concluded Vladimir Golovnev, the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs in the Moscow Region.
