Svetlana Tertyshnaya, the Public Assistant to the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs in Naro-Fominsk city district, took part in a visiting meeting of the Council of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the district. 

The participants of the meeting discussed new measures to support small and medium-sized businesses developed at the regional level and got acquainted with the results of subsidizing and business participation in government programs using the example of the “Elinar” enterprise.

JSC "Elinar Holding Company" is currently one of the leaders not only in the Moscow Region, but also in Russia in several directions at once – from the production of electrical insulation materials to agricultural production and development.

The company is successfully implementing the national Labor Productivity project in the Moscow Region, which helped the company introduce lean manufacturing, improve management, logistics and product sales. On average, over the last 3 years of participation in the project, labor productivity at Elinar has increased by 30%.

For the participants of the Council meeting, a sightseeing tour of the plant of electrical insulation materials was conducted, which is a leading Russian manufacturer of the latest insulation systems for turbo and hydro generators, traction electric motors of locomotives and electric machines for general industrial and special purposes, electrical appliances and household appliances, fire-resistant cables and communication cables. This is the only company in Russia and the CIS countries that has its own unique mica paper production. Using original mica splitting technologies, all known types of mica papers are produced here, which are the basis for all mica-containing electrical insulation materials.
